I encourage members of California PUC to do some grassroots organizing and have tables at local events statewide.
AREA DIRECTORSHIPS AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT CALIFORNIA
California PUC is in need of activists in all major metropolitan areas in the state to organize work groups to staff information tables at Pagan events throughout the two year So Vote It Be! campaign.
Qualifications:
1.) Must be a Pagan interested in Political Activism.
2.) Must be willing to organize a Staff and have an assistant.
3.) Must report to the state Leadership monthly on your Area's activities.
4.) Must be a registered Voter.
5.) Must be willing to invest the time to do the job.
6.) Must keep accurate records and make it easy for a new Area Director to fill your shoes should you decide to resign form the position at a later date.
Some of the Area Director's responsibilities will be:
1.) Organizing area activities and meetings.
2.) Encouraging area membership to participate at State events.
3.) Reporting monthly to the State leadership.
4.) Making Contact with Pagans in your area who have joined our mailing list.
5.) Recruiting new members to CA-PUC-PAC
6.) Collecting accurate Data on membership.
7.) Finding the names, addresses, and phone numbers of local politicians in your area and sharing them with the State Leadership.
8.) Distributing brochures, literature and other materials throughout your area.
9.) Encouraging Pagans in your area to participate in State and National PUC projects.
10.) Other duties as they become necessary.
This is a big job and it takes commitment and dedication. If you are ready to take on a big and rewarding job, contact me as soon as possible.
